Chiropractic AdjustmentVarying levels, or intensity, of chiropractic adjustment and
joint mobilization are used to help restore proper motion
in the spine and limbs, allowing the body to move more freely,
improving range of motion. Every body is different, so our
approaches can be gentle and are individualized for every
patient.
NeuroVascular Release®NeuroVascular Release® is a chiropractic based massage therapy
technique developed by Dr. Kotlarczyk to bridge the gap between
soft tissue massage, chiropractic adjusting, and exercise.
The technique encompasses a multitude of manual therapies
treating the muscles specific to each diagnosis.
Massage TherapyPrior to his chiropractic doctorate, Dr. Kotlarczyk practiced
massage therapy and continues to believe in its affectiveness
and ability to complement your treatment plan. Massage therapy
is a safe and effective way to help reduce muscle ache and
spasm, loosen scar tissue, and promote healthy blood flow
while removing toxins from the body.
Stability ExerciseIn order to treat and help correct posture and imbalance,
we should incorporate the appropriate exercise. If one muscle
is tight, one muscle is likely weak. Loosen the tight muscle
and strengthen the weak one. It’s a
combative approach to exercise. Balance the joint, balance
the body.
Nutritional SupportA car runs only as good as the gas you put in it, your body
is no different. We must nourish our body if we expect it
to repair and respond to treatment. Whole foods are the best
approach, however synthetic vitamins have a time and place.
Each patient is guided toward appropriate supplementation
for their specific needs.
OrthoticsWhen necessary, Foot Levelers Pelvic Stabilizers are recommended to help restore posture and stabilization through the feet. Our stabilizers are an excellent way to compliment the treatment plan with every step.
