Dr. Kotlarczyk is a featured speaker for the local government departments, on the Speaker's Bureau and Wellness Committee for the Manatee County School Board, a member of the American Chiropractic AssociationFlorida Chiropractic AssociationFlorida State Massage Therapy Association, and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association through which he is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy. He is also a member of and certified in Functional Movement Systems, the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and is Medical Level 2 certified with the Titleist Performance Institute

Dr. Kotlarczyk is an approved continuing education provider for the Florida State Board of Massage Therapy and the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  He has lectured for the Florida State Massage Therapy Association and Florida Chiropractic Association where he taught Manual Therapy Methods ®, developed by Dr. Kotlarczyk and the core technique in his office.

Dr. Stephanie Durocher graduated from Liberty University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  In 2013 she trained with Yoga Legacy in Cary, NC to become a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Although she enjoys teaching yoga, she felt she could offer her students more. In 2019, she graduated from National University of Health Sciences in St. Petersburg, Florida as valedictorian with Summa Cum Laude honors. Dr. Stephanie Durocher believes integrating yoga asanas and the mind-body connection in her practice can further improve patient’s health and relieve pain. She also pursued additional training during her time in chiropractic school and is certified in acupuncture as well as Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR). With all of the benefits Dr. Durocher has received from the holistic approach of chiropractic, acupuncture, and yoga, she now wishes to share this gift with her patients. Dr. Stephanie Durocher’s goal is to provide patients with high quality, individualized treatment. She is passionate about helping her patients find relief from pain and enabling them to live a fuller life. Addressing the cause of the problem and the whole person are critical to healing. Because of this, she addresses nutrition and biomechanics as well as physical and emotional stressors. Dr. Durocher is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Florida Chiropractic Association. Dr. Stephanie Durocher lives with her husband, Daniel Durocher, D.O., in St. Petersburg, Florida. In her free time she enjoys traveling, paddleboarding, beach time, yoga, ballroom dancing and studio art.


Dr. Stephanie Durocher was drawn to chiropractic when she experienced chronic pain after a serious motorcycle accident in 2008. Western medicine was not giving her relief she was searching for, so she tried chiropractic and yoga. This

Karen has one son and granddaughter in Maryland. She joined Wellness Concepts 11 wonderful years ago and has enjoyed being a key addition to the team ever since. Karen lives with her husband in the Lakewood Ranch area and in her free time enjoys trying new restaurants and shopping!


Karen was born and raised in Newburgh, NY and graduated from Cazenovia College and the University of Bridgeport. She spent most of her adult life in the Hudson Valley of New York before moving to Florida with her husband 15 years ago.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               job at a Humane Society where she focused on animal welfare. However, sometimes life comes full circle. When an assistant office manager position came available at Wellness Concepts, Dr. Kotlarczyk immediately thought of Teryn and offered her to join the team again. She gladly accepted. Teryn lives in Bradenton with her husband and two rescue dogs Chevy and Choney. She spends much of her free time at the beach, boating and horseback riding. 

Teryn Kratsch began her career at Wellness Concepts during her Junior year of High School. After graduation she made the difficult decision to leave Wellness Concepts to work at a local animal hospital, looking towards a career as a veterinary technician. Teryn’s love for animals eventually led her to a
